About the Role:

        Business Development and Sales:

  • Identify and target businesses, SMEs, and other organizations to sell our recruitment services.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed placement targets and revenue goals.
  • Leverage existing relationships and networks to secure new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Conduct presentations and pitch our recruitment services to decision-makers, HR managers, and business owners.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with our recruitment services.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure successful candidate placements and client retention.

    Placement Drive Management:

    • Oversee the placement drive to ensure that up to 750 candidates/talents are successfully placed in jobs within the specified timeframe.
    • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to match qualified candidates with client job openings.
    • Monitor and track placement progress, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets.
    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market analysis and client feedback.

      Marketing and Promotion:
      • Collaborate with the Communications team to create and execute marketing campaigns that promote our recruitment  services.
      • Utilize digital marketing tools, social media, and other channels to increase brand visibility and attract potential clients.
      • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services and generate leads.

      Reporting and Documentation:

      • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, placement progress, client feedback, and market trends.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, placements, and sales activities in the CRM system.

      Other Duties:

      • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

       Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, specifically in selling HR/recruitment services.
  • Proven track record of success in placing candidates and meeting/exceeding placement targets.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade HR managers and business owners.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
