The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund offers a transformative opportunity for ambitious individuals like you through the Lagos State Digital Scholarship.
This program’s core mission is to address youth unemployment in Lagos by improving job skills and expanding employment opportunities in the business support and information technology sectors.
With the provided funds, 8thGear covered a range of student training costs, including course tuition, training expenses, and placement allowances. They also allocated resources for administrative fees and staff training in financial management and grant procedures.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Lagos State Trust Fund Digital Scholarship, you must:
- Be resident in Lagos with a LASRRA ID.
- Have a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Have a minimum SSCE qualification.
- Aged 18-35 with the commitment to attend the 10-week training.
- Have basic computing knowledge and access to a device for home practice.
- Available for Training and internship for the next 6 – 9 months.
